Coaches who have a conflict may work with the other teams to switch game times.
Duration of Games: Each Game will consist of two (2) thirty-minutes halves with a two (2) minute half-time period. This will allow the teams for the next game about 10 minutes of preparation time between games.
Referees: CSC will schedule one referee per game through TRIAS. Each team is encouraged to have a parent ready to step in if a referee should not be available. Cascade Soccer Club will is committed to provide 100% referee coverage, and coaches are asked to report any game where a referee is not present.
Entry Fee: $650 per team. Players who are not on a team may request to play by sending an email to Cascadesoccer@msn.com. We will make an attempt to place them on a team.
Team Rosters: To insure an opportunity for adequate playing time, team rosters will be capped at 14 players for U11 and 18 players for U12 to U14. Players need to be registered with their association in order to play. Coaches will provide a signed club roster to the referee before each game. No player cards are needed. The club roster will be returned to the coach once the players have been checked in by the referee. It is recommended that the signed roster be stored in a rain-proof jacket as it should last the entire season. Copies are acceptable, as long as the original was signed by the club registrar.
Scoring/Standing: No standings are kept, thus no scores are kept. The league is purely for developmental purposes.
Yellow/Red Card: While no standings are kept, Cascade Soccer Club reserves the right to review any player misconduct and take appropriate action.
How to Enter: Contact Mike Thompson or Carlo DeSimone with information about your team (Team name, Age and Gender, level of play last Fall).
