| Give each player confidence with the ball under the most amount of pressure. Creating game like situations in training to increase there skill level. Increase the players knowledge of tactics and game awareness through film, homework, and example. Provide mentoring to each player as an individual, knowing that they might not continue in the sport I love, but what have I done as a coach to better them as a person Mentally and Physically for the game of Soccer and the Game of Life. |
Soccer is a team sport that provides lifetime bonding opportunities for the players. My role as a coach is to allow the natural friendship building process to occur in an enviroment where players are challanged to work as a team and build individual skills. teamwork and hard work go hand in hand. Players should be individually challanged to expect of themselves the best effort they can put forth. |
